Default Vacuum line disconnected need help

I notice a small diameter hose hanging don below the spoiler under the radiator. I just thought it was some kind of drain line till today was touching the ground. I have attached pics and it is a vacuum line off a T fitting between the vacuum canister and a loom coming from the driver side. The line is pulling a vacuum but I’m not sure what it connects to? It’s approximately 2 feet long, any ideas where to look or connect it?

It appears that the vacuum lines to the vacuum tank etc have been hacked for sure. The vacuum line in your snapshot and the check valve before the tee are undersized. The tee is not OE/GM. Do you have 2 vacuum lines to the cruise control servo?

What year is this car? Avatar hints '93,

yes it’s a 93 40th coupe 33k miles. Not sure why it would have been done if anything was? It has no modifications.

I also have no error codes and cruis and all other vacuum related things work. I assume could just cap it.
