Look good , No Go......did you get any flow sheets with them by any chance, just curious? Let us know some dyno results...... I am guessing 25+ rwhp gain from them alone....... :seeya
I'm unsure of the cost for Stage II. This Stage III was not inexpensive, but within reason since these are my original castings off my car.
I did have the intake manifold machined as well. Not sure if they will machine LT4 heads without an intake as they blueprint the intake mating surface/etc.
I'm hoping for something closer to 350 RWHP, only changes would be a bump in compression (11 to 1), new 255 fuel pump, and LT1 Edit. But that number is probably on the optimistic side :) I can dream can't I :D
 They look good. No flow #s :nono: If it was me I'd have the flow #s done by someone. You shouldn't have any problem getting 350 rwhp with your combo.
  You're gonna fly with those heads (provided you get the cam selection right)! I wanted to do the LT4 top end too, but with today's economy, $3,300.00 for just heads and intake was a little excessive.
I paid $2200 for the whole enchilada. That includes REV SS valves, dual springs to .620 lift, 10 degree locks, titanium retainers, full CNC to intake/exhaust/combustion chambers, stock type seals, deck was angle milled back to stock CC (~55), intake surface corrected for angle milling/blueprint and finally all bolt bosses spot faced again for angle milling.
Full CNC porting of the LT4 intake was included.
The springs were set up for my current camshaft, HOT cam, so really the only change in power producing items will be the heads/intake/LT1 Edit. I use a Mustang 1750 chassis dyno so reason I get relatively conservative numbers (compared to a Dyno Jet-notice my stock reading was only 260 RWHP), but I use the same dyno for all the runs...same operator, same 300 rpm/sec rate, same gear, etc.
I'm still running the stock exhaust manifolds.
Flow sheets were not part of the agreement-CNC does not offer this on a regular basis. I chose to have the castings flowed prior to and after the process by a third party. Numbers are improved. Gained 50 cfm on intake-surprised at that, exhaust was moderately improved, but improved nonetheless. I'm no expert on fluid dynamics so not going to jump to conclusions...will be letting the chassis dyno do that.
CNC did stamp the heads, so I think legitamacy (resale value-although I will never be selling this car-bet no one ever heard that before!) won't be in question. Heck, reputation was the main reason I went with this outfit as they are one of the original CNCers and I know I would get a product that was the same as best friend joe did...
