Default ‘96 LT4 Batwing Drive Shaft U-Joint

Is this the best number from Spicer 5-3613? And will that work on both ends. Engine is stock, no performance mods. This what I have found from reading posts on the forum.
I am planning on dropping the batwing and doing all the bushings from Super Pro.
Thank you.

With the aluminum driveshaft make sure to get coated u joints. With Spicer the last digit of the part number will be an X if it's coated. So you want 5-3613X

Read this post from last week. He used a Spicer 5-3615x. I have not studied the differences Dan

Thanks. I have read that entire post. Lots of good information. I was curious if 1350 style was necessary over the 1310 for stock LT4? I am going to use the 5-3615X on my half shafts, just wasn’t sure about the diff/drive shaft end, 5-3613X.

Don't buy 1350 U joints for the driveshaft. They will not fit your factory driveshaft. Some of us here have custom driveshafts to handle more power. But for a stock C4 just get the standard coated 1310 size.

Thank you for that important advise. 1310 style it is.

Also like I said before make sure you get coated U joints. The reason is you have a aluminum driveshaft and a steel U joint. Dissimilar metals together cause corrosion. So the coating they put on them stops that corrosion.

I misread which ones you wanted. I believe you are correct. Dan
