Default Which O2 sensor

I'm getting P0161 and P0134/5 codes in my car. I read in the TPIS hints book that they prefer to use bosch sensors. The bosch sensors are twice the cost of the GM sensors. What's the forum's thought on this. Should I just go with the GM or try at least one bosch?

I use GM. You can pick them up for around $35

Myself, I would only use factory sensors. I worry that each brand of sensor has some specific unique characteristics that have been compensated for in the PCM's software (no proof, I just want to be careful). Also, if the GM sensors are the 1/2 price I can replace them twice as often. I treat O2 sensors as disposable, 25K miles and toss them out. I've heard too many stories about sensors failing soft and killing performance (most important) and gas mileage (not so important). The PCM has no way of detecting a bad O2 unless it's so freaking dead your car is barely running.
