Testing A/C compressor
I just pulled all the a/c stuff out of a box and installed it with all new green o-rings, accumulator, oil and 12 oz of 134A. The compressor clutch never engaged. I checked the fuse and made sure it is plugged in. How can I test?

With 2 jumper wires and a 12v battery you can touch terminals of clutch and watch and hear clutch apply drive plate if you have a helper, they should be to turn plate and pulley. Beyond that it's install all the parts charge it and see what happens. If you jump cycling switch on the car, ac clutch should engage regardless of freon level. That would prove the car is capable of turning ac compressor on

Those 2 things eliminate a lot of confusion, there's no vacuum module no sticky button and endless things that don't work with corrosion.
So things can be boiled down to does the switch in the dash function correct and you have been already looking at the pressure switch/sensors
