How is the superram setup ?
I don´t have cats and soon I will take out the air pump because is making noise.
If I take out the egr I supose that I need something to send the signal to the ecm ?
Or simply do not take out the egr !, I only want to know my options.

I will post soon about problem with my engine, I sent the car to the chevrolet and told me everything is ok, I conect a snapon scanner and told me everything ok, but the feels underpowered, hope you can help me in my future post.

Este sistema no debe funcionar al arrancar, o menos de 150 grados de temperatura en el coolant. Tampoco en WOT o en open loop mode.
La valvula basicamente es para reducir oxidos de nitogeno por medio de la introduccion de exhaust saliendo del cilindro. Ala vez, enfria y reduce dramaticamente cascabeleo. Se dice que el EGR reduce el 7 porciento total del volumen(Y tambien rendimiento) de nuestros motores 350. Haz de cuenta que es un 345 mienras el ECM este mandando la senal al EGR solenoid diciendole "cierra la valvula".
Una pregunta: Vas a usar un smog pump eliminator pulley?

No, I was just curious on how you were going to route the belt. Voy a eliminar mi smog pump tambien, pero no quiero usar el eliminator pulley. Maybe I'll relocate the alternator to the smog pump location and use a shorter belt.

Why not just run a blower on the pulley instead? ;) I was thinking of getting rid of my noisey smog pump, but was shocked at the price of the eliminator bracket. I'll make one myself before I pay that price. Or, you could go ricer style, and route the air pump to the intake for extra boost! :lol: It's gotta work as good as hooking up those little nos capsules that sell on ebay.
People People People!!! The EGR valve does not effect WOT performance it only operates at cruise speeds.. it is shut off at idle for the purpose of smooth idle and shut off at WOT so that you can have max performance.. it reduces combustion temps, increases fuel economy because exhaust gases take up some of the combustion volume it mean less ait intake and less fuel intake at cruise speeds.. also reduces oxides of nitrogen NOX a very harmful gas.. some states may test for nox I believe it will be coming soon to IL too.. the testing for that gas that is.. usually they test it but don't count it if you go through lane 1 at the test stations here in IL.. anyway EGR is a good thing! if someone can tell me otherwise I would like to know I'm curious to learn all sides of the story.. but thats the sides and key points I have come to learn through hands on expeiance and formal training..
