there are like 3 or 4 9/32" bolts (9mm's fit, too, I think it is).
There should be 2 or 3 right below the vents, where the carpet starts, and then 2 more in indentations near the firewall.
what I don't know for sure, this applies to my 92, the 96 has dual SRS, all bets are off!
you may have to peel carpet back a bit to see the bolts, too.
