Default H41, cant figure it out

for a while my 1994 lt1 auto has been running strange with no codes but i couldnt figure it out. it would run perfectly fine cold but once it got warmed up it would be noticeably sluggish and feels like its pulling timing when you give it much throttle. The exhaust manifold will begin to glow orange (evenly across the headers) if its driven too much so i have not been driving it much at all. I finally got code H41. i already replaced the ICM, MAP sensor, both front o2s, coil, plugs, and wires. i suspect a bad optispark connection but am unsure of what to try or test next. H41 is the only code, any suggestions would be much appreciated to get me in the right direction.

Might be an issue with the ECM. However, this code is history "H" so I would suspect it will go away at some point.

Honestly, not 100% sure (maybe someone else can chime in) but, the glow you have might be related to plugged catalytic converters
