ps pump pulley noise?

ps pump pulley noise?
87 c4, someone installed an air pump delete kit years ago. I'm trying to track down a metal scraping noise. The took off the belt and the these 3 were making some noise with side to side movement.
The idler pulley had a rough loose feel when free spinning without the belt..... I put a new one on, no free spinning noise now.
The ps pump pulley has side to side movement, no leaks. Should the ps pump pulley beable to wiggle? When the belt is installed it feels tight, during running, no noticable movement in the pulley is seen.
The air pump delete kit has a machined aluminum pulley with a bearing pressed in. without the belt, that pulley wiggles.
Anyone had any experiences with these, my logic tells me each of these should be firm without play. But if this is normal, I'd like to know before i tear into a ps pump replacement.
