Default TPI spark plugs
1989 MAF. I have a cat back, bigger TB, removed AIR. Car runs nice.
R45TS plugs from the factory.
Is there a way to figure out if I need a hotter or colder plug with the increased flow?
or change the gap ???

first, i'd look at the plugs.

Replace them with the same as the factory plug. What you describe done to the engine should not require anything else
