95 with Code 41
I am about to roll up the sleeves and crack FSM.
So my 95 Six speed starts instantly Idles smooth, can rip the tires at will.
BUT if you are just cruising a happy 2000 in 4th or 5th and you want to excel around or pass something. The power drops and it seems like the car loses 1/2 the cylinders and starts to Chug and miss.
So the minute you release smooth returns, so I can drop a gear or two and it wants to scream again with a little miss.
Has anyone run into a similar case
I will admit the problem make 6th unusable until 60 plus because the car can't Lug

sounds like an optispark issue

I agree with you, the rain stopped so I went out and looked for obvious what's the first thing I see the little tag harness to the Opti there's no plastic retainer clip there's no top of plug it's just the weather pack gasket a 1/2" above the wires. So I could just buy the mini harness but the area is very oily and the previous had bypassed a lot of coolant hoses so I figure he may have drowned the Distributor and caused some problems.
