Now, none of the lumbar or side supports will function on my 1994 corvette sport seats. The air pump below the passenger seat sounds like it's working ok, which makes me think the diaphragm inside is leaking, and I can find no rebuild kit, or even any already rebuilt pump for sale. Everything I find stops at 1993. Seems so odd. Can anyone tell me where I can buy a kit or an already built air pump for my 1994? TY

have you unzipped the back of the seat and looked inside of the seat to see if any of the support brackets have popped off the frame. If they have this will make the lumbar supports appear flat regardless if the bag is inflated or not.

Have you checked the air line connections? Are you certain the switch is fully functional? Are all your electrical connections correct?
Im guess if none of the bladders are working it's something other than the bladders itself. I found the sport seat setup to be complicated and confusing.
Agreed...this sport seat is way too hard to work with. If I could just get my drivers side supports out of their tesnest position which diesn't give me enough room for my hps and ribs, I'd be content.
Is it easy to unzip the seat backs and look at bladders? I'm don't want to damage my upholstery.
yes just remove the seat bottom, unclips at the front from the plastic frame and hit the lever behind the headrest to lean the seat back forward. Then at the very bottom of the seat back fish out with your finger the remainder of the zipper and track that is tucked away into the seat. You will find the zipper at the end, mine didnt have the pull handle on the zipper so I used a paperclip as a pull handle. Then just unzip it all the way to the top. If you need more access you can undo the plastic channels that are at the bottom they literally pop out quite easily.

TY very much. Sounds very doable. I'll be try
ing and making a diaphram for the pump, but if that doesn't work, I'll try to get the side supports improved some way by hand. Thanks again. Doug K.
