Default Turn signal issue?

So good news, after replacing the ignition cylinder, the abandoned corvette now starts. Bad news, I’m seemingly reinstalling something wrong, and the turn signal doesn’t respond properly, can you guys see anything wrong?

Try loosening sliding the plate up see if its frees up if so reach under the dash and pull from the bottom to seat it, odds are your jamming up on wires. Also it just needs to be snug not Lug nuts tight
In fact I think I see the wire bottom right corner (orange wire)

It ended up being that the turn signal switch wasn’t pushed in far enough, I ended up compressing the high beams button with a screwdriver and then sliding it all the way in there, works great now. Thank you anyway though
