I can vouch for Brian... great guy, helped set up the OEM ECM with an EEPROM and Wideband, provided an exceptional base tune. Also we've done business with buying a TPIS Miniram, buying/selling the Holley 52mm throttle body, Lingenfelter 58mm throttle body he took in for trade for a TPIS Monoblade, always very helpful, friendly and professional!

BTW I have the same exact Injector Flow bench as you do. I've added a cheap Toyota fuel pressure damper as the injectors closing and opening was causing a significant fluctuation in fuel pressure. The PSI needle went from a fuzzy 5-10 PSI range to a very steady indication.

Most people don't understand that injector flow numbers only mean capacity at 100% duty cycle. It's a pulsing and collapsing electro-magnetic via coil actuated injector, so it can vary significantly depending on injector dwell time as some open and close very quickly and others can hang an extra few milliseconds. So the actual flow varies greatly with the behavior of the coil, exact voltage, the slope of the fuel flow with various frequency wave forms, with fuel pressure, with manifold pressure, and also spray pattern and quality of atomization. Replacing 36# injectors with different set of 36# injectors has little to do with it... with all the Chinese copies, the same part number injectors can often flow significantly different (even with consistently 50% less volume during moderate duty cycle for a new set that I got where the seller swore it was a genuine part). Cheap injectors can also vary 5%+ between the others in a set.

For drivability and transient response, this is what tuning adjusts and optimizes when someone properly sets it up for the injectors.

Hi Brian, would you do tunes on a 1994 C4 LT1 auto car as well?

He has a really enthusiastic following on Thirdgen.org.

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/dfi-...rformance.html

I haven't personally used him for tuning since I do my own tuning, but i have bought stuff from him and he has excellent customer service.

Glad you are making a nice business for support. Are you the person working on getting 84 Renegade Intake back up and running? Thank you Cheers, Jarrod
