I installed ARH 3" longtubes and need to quiet it down. (Mostly need to get rid of the popping from just running the headers and cats). I was wanting to add a Corsa 2.5" catback (Mostly for the tips) to it just wondering if I can add a 3 to 2.5" reducer to transition to the smaller diameter pipes.

I have the ARH long tubes, X-pipe and cats 3" diameter pipes all the way up to the stock mufflers. I was coming from B&B mufflers and that's how I ended up with all the 3" stainless piping. But the B&B mufflers (which were horrible) had a different bend on them vs the stock mufflers.
I did have to weld some reducers and I had fun with pie cutting and TIG welding stainless to the stock aluminized steel mufflers.
But stock mufflers with headers equal absolutely no drone!
Although I am sure I am leaving some horsepower on the table with the restriction. My ears and head are happy though and it looks stock from the back bumper.
