I've read a few different posts on removal of the differential bushings that involves a lot of work to remove the outer sleeve, such as cutting it out with an air saw. Even my rear end guy warned me they might gouge the housing if they try the removal and install of my new After Dark bushings.
Well this morning I thought I'd just give it an initial try with tools I had on hand, and it worked amazingly well. The key is finding the correct inner (54mm) and outer sleeve (76mm) to extract the entire cartridge in one go. For this I used a universal bushing/bearing tool that I purchased off Amazon a few years back:
