I noticed this morning that my heater does not seem to be blowing through the dash vents and it did recently (wihtin the last couple weeks). any ideas as to what the problem could be? i haven't gone out and looked at it, it was a little cold today (below 15 all day)
Have you thawed out enough to see if you still have a problem? It may be the duct doors are just too cold to move. Let me know if your '95 has electronic automatic air, and I will see what the manual suggests.
it's still poopin' cold outside, so i haven't even looked at it....
i have the manual a/c-heater and like you said, it may have just been too cold, my doors were frozen shut...and i was "breathing smoke" for like 20 minutes :D
The various doors and controls are vacuum actuated, so a leak is always a possiblilty. I now live in Texas so I don't have any (more) experience with 15 deg weather but I suppose if there was water anywhere in there they could freeze but I would think that after the heater was on for a while it would thaw.
Good Luck

Some additional information would be helpful like:
Is the problem that you can not select different vents, like floor vent vs dash vents? or is the problem that you are not getting heat, which is usually a heater door actuator problem? Does any of the climate control selectors blink for 30 seconds after you turn on the car?
Vents = vacuum problem or climate controller
heat = actuator not opening closing heater door, or possibly heater core.
blinking conrols = means the climate controller has discovered a problem with one of the components in the heater/ac system. and you can pull the codes via the manual
