70k mile maint. issues
I just turned over 70,000 miles on my LT4. I would like to go through the car and check/replace anything that should be at this mileage. Give me some ideas on things to upgrade/replace. Here is the list I have started for myself: (please list your recommendations for each if you have any)
Trans fluid
diff fluid
plugs
wires
air intake (still have stock type (newer) paper)
what about wheel barrings, how do I check these?
what about U-joints, how do I check these?
opti?
water pump...thinking of changing to electric
Anything else I should look for?

definitely opti, and waterpump while you are at it.
I didn't need to check my bearings because I wanted to replace them just because, but when the old one's came out, they came out in pieces, those suckers broke in half! That was at 83,000 miles.
