Yeah, I dunno how effective siamesing the SR base will be. Im sure there will be an RPM increase, but I dunno if the trade-offs are what you'll be looking for.
Are you confused with people doing that to the TPI setup instead???
Oops, sorry, I misunderstood; so you have the BM (SR) base with stock runners and plenum.
In that case I would suggest you add a set of AS&M runners or siamese the stock base about 2" deep and sell the SR base as it doesn't work well with stock runners and is expensive to experiment with the siamese trick.
In either case you may not notice much gain unless you have other mods.
