You Rang?? Anyway, I do not think that anyone makes the 1998-2003 hoops for us (remember there was not conv in 1997 that why it 1998-2003).
Now with that being said. there are some 1984-03 (yes 03) Harness bars. page 63 of the latest EKLERS. They list for 399.99 black- $529 Chrome. The bar does provide stuctual rigidity for things like autocross.
If it's looks that you are after, you could save some money and fabricate one out of PVC or ABS plastic. That's about how much protection that the hoops are going to provide in a rollover. :( Sorry about that, just my $0.02.
They might be useful to serve as a harness bar though. :yesnod:
What about removable roll cages....I believe a gentleman going by 'NavyVet' had a very sharp looking removable roll cage on his LT-1 convertible.
I too am looking for rollover protection. I realize those windshield pillars are supposed to be like the strongest thing in the world, but yet somehow cant seem to put my full faith into them protecting me in the event of a rollover. LOL
I'd like to know who makes roll bars in case of a flipover for convertible. This should be a huge priority for convertible aftermarket parts maker...the tracks I race at give me a hard time for being a convertible without a rollcage.
