Hurst install, could use some help please
How the heck do you get the rubber boot off? :banghead:
I am talking about the one that is under the leather boot. I can't find any help in the Helms manual or through a search of the forum. Anybody have some tips for getting it off?

I used a pair of vice grips (or thick pliers) and just pulled up on the corners. Do it with just enough force so as not to tear the boot. Once you get any one of the corners, you will be able to get the rest...
