Need Help Identifing a Part
In my rear storage compartment behind the passenger seat, under the plastic tray, behind the carpeting there is a tin box velcro-ed to the side of the compartment. It has several wire connections comming in/out of it. Does anyone else have one of these? Does anyone know that it is???
I'll see if I can get a pic after dinner. Thanks

any thoughts on what it is??? Some of that wiring mess is from my nitrous system, the wiring harness isn't though.

I think it's the radio tuner. My 92 is under the dash but they moved it in later years.

It looks like the radio tuner, try to unplug a connector and see what changes?

In some model C4's, it's the ABS brake system.
If you don't see any hydraulic lines going to or from it then maybe it isn't  :D

The ABS is behind the drivers seat, the passenger side is the tuner.

I don't think that is factory. My 92 has ABS behind drivers seat in a screwed down compartment and tuner module is under dash on passengerside.Your car is a year newer and that looks "tacky".It's suppose to get more refined from one year to the next.I would guess the previous owner did it.Maybe aftermarket alarm, keyless entry, ect. :steering:
