I have been having the following problems:
the car idles up and down for about 30 sec. on start up (1300-700 rpms) and then idles around 900. Even when the idle is "normal" it still moves between 850-930. But the big problem is that when I use big electrical draw items like AC or headlights and wipers together the idle goes crazy (1500-450) and stalls/almost stalls. The only trouble code I have thrown was low voltage to the EST, but that code hasn't shown up since last summer. Any ideas?
Take apart and clean the IAC, check for vacuum leaks, check the TPS voltage, check the plugs and wires.
Tps voltage set to factory spec, plugs and wires are new and the IAC was replaced 300 miles ago. Vacuum leaks was my first thought but would the AC or other eclectical iteams make it act up if it is a leak?
I would check the grounds on the block and on the battery for corrosion issues or looseness. Check for excessive AC ripple voltage with a scope or multimeter, should be no more than 1/2 volt AC.

Its not just the AC its multipal major electrical items used at the same time. Anyone have any advice for routing/ locating grounds? I have heard the grounds can be problems to find on these cars.
