Revving the motor, I can get the o2 reading to go to 460mv and then it drops right back down to 456mv. Always the same with no jumping?????????
I grounded the ecm side of the sensor and with the car off, key on, it reads 443mv grounded and not grounded. Now I am gonna start chasing wires.

I followed the procedure in my shop manual, grounding the ECM side and going to field service mode. When I start the car I still get 456mv with the o2 sensor unhooked and grounded.
Apparantly the ECM is getting no info from the sensor.

Problem solved. Found 3 wires that needed grounded and now the car runs great.
