Looking for Feedback - 4L60-E Shift Kit & Mods
I am about to install a TransGo shift kit and vacuum modulator on 4L60-E trans in my '95. I am also considering one or more of the Sonnax valve body components while I have the valve body removed. If anyone has used and has feedback on the Sonnax servo release check valve, 4th gear servo piston, or any other Sonnax or other quality components, I would appreciate your sharing.
The trans is in good shape so I'm not looking to rebuild at this time, just to improve it's performance without removing it from the car.

My 4L60e is an absolute beast. With no shift kit, i'm chirping hard into 3rd :eek:
This guy on camaroz28.com has this crazy formula where he drills holes and uses certain parts (transmission is greek to me). anyway- as i'm sure stealdads67 can vouche- its crazy.
its held my 383 revving fairly high for 5000 miles now with a lot of abuse :D
my camaro is also significanly heavier than a vette
