Thermomaster Hypertech chip

Does it really do anything? Is it worth it? Have not got mine hooked up yet still stored for the winter. :skep:

Yeah, you do feel a difference. I really liked the fact they increased the TC lockup speed. Much better for stop & go driving. I don't know if it would be worth the $150 Ecklers charges for it, but the $40 I paid on Ebay was worth it :)
Thing that really made my day was using the 160 t-stat. Keeps the engine cool, and has solved my oil leak problems (my valve covers leaked like crazy anytime the oil got over 210). I rarely see over 190F now. I'm not sure if you could run that stat with a stock chip.
