Easy to apply paste and dye. Color match is GM factory code. Follow simple directions: apply paste in thin layers. Allow to dry before applying second coat. Placing a drop light near the work area will accelerate the drying time of the paste.
No need to buy the spray applicator, as the foam brushes work fine. Extra bottles of dye can be purchased separately. If you take your time and follow directions, you will end up with a professional job.
i have the same common bolster wear, almost all the way through. Does this stuff actually build up the leather again like a patch, or is it strictly a dye?

The kit comes with paste and dye. Wear spots, holes, cracks, etc. can all be repaired easily. The paste is applied in thin layers until the damaged area is flush. The colors are premixed. The dye is applied with a foam brush, and the color blends immediately.
Thanks!! If this stuff works half as good as what is shown on the website i will be thrilled! I just ordered the automotive kit so i will know soon enough.
konroh, again, follow the simple directions: clean repair area with alcohol, apply thin layers of paste, etc. The paste becomes opaque (clear) when dry, so you know when to apply additional layers. Any 100W light bulb placed near (12" - 18") the work area will help drying time. Don't rush. The paste repair is the key part. The color can be applied by your kids. If you need more color or paste, they can be ordered separately. Good luck...
