Surging Idle at Start Up?

Surging Idle at Start Up?
Any ideas what causes a rough surging (high to low to high to low idle) at start up on an 87? After a minute or two idles fine. Had the same problem with an 87 Firebird, changed the coolant temp. sensor and was good. Have already changed the IAC motor, coolant temp. sensor. Any ideas? :banghead:

Clean the throttle body/IAC motor and set minimum idle speed.
Should cost less than $5.00 in cleaner. Buy a new throttle body gasket, remove the throttle body, use the cleaner and a toothbrush to clean it all.
It will idle like new again.
