TB-bypass question

Going to do my throttle body by-pass tomorrow. Do I need to drain any coolant from the radiator or just put a towel under the throttle body to catch the any dribbles. Also, do I need to cover the nipples on the TB once it is by-passed.

I just used a towel underneath and got some rubber caps at Home Depot for the nipples.
