A couple of weeks ago, I went to the beach to enjoy spring break, when low and behold, my water pump goes out. The following week I replaced the pump, thermostat. After this the check engine light was on (code 15), so I replaced the coolant temp sensor. The light went out, coolant reads fine again, and runs fine, but now the beast wants to flash the SYS light at me. The manual says to go to a dealer and have it checked, but I thought I'd try my luck here before doing that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about the SYS light. It has to do with a low battery. Run the car and charge up the battery. If the light continues to come on have the battery checked. Mine does that if the car sets for long periods. I drive it and it goes away.
Check your fuses also, that happened to me when I had a blown fuse. If you hear a buzzing noise with the key in, ignition off and door open, chances are that you have a blown fuse.
