Best sounding exhaust!! Poll here!!!
Ok, im in the market for a cat back exhaust system and want a mean sounding exhaust system. I used to have a 70 big block and want to make my96 Lt-4 sound the same. So, whats it gonna take!!! Which is the best from idle to top end????????????????????????????????????? ??? :chevy

This seems to be the topic for the ages! I really like my Magnaflows. But if you want the big block sound, you'll likely need the headers and maybe some 40 series Flowmasters. They'll give you some resonation from what I hear, but I had them on my low 11 second Nova and they sound great.

Headers, no cats and PE's are the best in my book.

You should have made this an actual poll.
Flowmaster sounds the best, but Corsa looks better.
B&B Tri Flo is nice also and I know someone who has one for sale real cheap. He's in Whiting, if you are interested let me know.

Are you going on the May Route 6 cruise? Listen to mine before you buy and compare it to the Corsa and others.
I swear it's deeper and louder since I got the Hotcam. There is a raging argument on the C3 forums about Chambered pipes. Tastes Great -- Less Filling!!!. Some say restrictive, the others say it sounds so great they won't take it off. IT is the BB sound.
I go for a dyno run Thursday to check my numbers, that is unless the boss vetoes my day off.

If you like mean & loud, including highway cruising resonance, go for the B&B 3" triflows. They look great & sound awesome.

Thanks for the replies!! Mr. Mojo, how much is your friend asking for his B & B. I would be very interested!! It also says your in Lakewood! I work in the lakewood industrial park. Man it sure is a small world!!
