Re: 95 LTPWS Replaced RF Sensor But Still Having A Problem (95BLKVette)
BTW, I shorted terminals 5&6 3 times within 10 second to clear the sensor history codes yesterday.
Just checked codes by shorting terminals 5&6 on ADL connector.
Service LTPS light Blinks 12 then code 24 whic indicates RR Orange Sensor has crapped-out :mad
These same guys did my rear tires over the winter and I remember having an intermittent problem. I bet they did a band fix on this one too and now it finally flamed :mad :banghead:
Oh well, time to take a ride back to the tire shop  :banghead:
Re: 95 LTPWS Replaced RF Sensor But Still Having A Problem (C4TOMCAT)
absolutely correct...........send it back for a replacement of the right sensor number.........should be gm part number RF -10161855 this comes from the gm action center...........If memory serves the blue is the right front. http://corvetteactioncenter.com/kb/q....php?qstId=166
Re: 95 LTPWS Replaced RF Sensor But Still Having A Problem (95BLKVette)
Its weird .......I'm getting a code 24 which is a sensor fault.......but I check pressure it was at 26...........filled it up code is gone........wonder why its sending wrong information out. Its a flaky system .......and a bunch of :bs to keep track of but it seems to fire when the tire is low so I guess we are in the same boat........I'm gonna do some testing and see if I can iron it out.
Re: 95 LTPWS Replaced RF Sensor But Still Having A Problem (Ray Vargo)
Why do you say that? Did you have it on your car? Is it disabled?......just curious......If its a waste then why do all the C5's still have it as an option?.....
