valve covers?
now that project catback is completed, i figured i would take the next step.
does anyone know where i can get my hands on some Valve covers that will actually fit my 92 LT1? everywhere i look is see this disclaimer, "not for children under the age of three." what i meant was that i see this disclamer. "not for LT1."
any help would be great.
thanks in advance

Are you looking for aftermarket or stock? I am selling my stock magnesium covers that came off my '92. They come with the oil cap and bolts...

GM has 3 nice VC's. Polished aluminum, Chrome and Black crinkle finish. These covers are 1/4" taller than the production covers. The GMPP catalog says they are for 1986 and newer Gen I and II engines.

I can't really remember, but I do believe that they don't.

That is a really nice looking engine... My 92 LT1 is getting a full make-over, and I'm trying to find the CORVETTE letters that go on the fuel rail covers... and I like the valve covers, too.... You done a great job detailing your engine... I'll get in touch with Jeff again.... but, what can you tell me about those letters???

Thanks.
Well the letters are actually painted. Not stickers.

How much are those polished aluminum covers from Jeff Kopp?
I think Mid AM sells them for $329.00

I can't find the web page, but I think they are about half that price.

Re: valve covers? (maduraj)
I've found that there are quite a few different styles of centerbolt covers available on Ebay. It's a great place to search for different styles and ideas.
