PKE and rattle
Is it possible to disable the proximity function but retain the ability to lock/unlock the doors?
I have a rattle in the passenger air cond duct or facia. How is the facia removed without damaging it?

You can disable the PKE by holding down the "door" button until you hear/see the door locks cycle. Takes a few seconds. To activate use the same procedure.
If you deactivate the system then the door button will only open the pass/door & the hatch.
The pass vent is removed by first removing the small black louvered portion in the center. Pry it up gently from the bottom. There shud be a couple of 10 mm screws holding the vent .
