Cheap HP

Assuming you are asking, the best free mod you can do is remove the Frisbee(that's the large flywheel attached to the waterpump), This does aid performance
Next best and doubtful as to results, 1) open airfilter lid, 2) TB Bypass, 3) K&N Filter
As a general rule, if you get into serious mods, you are going to end up spending about $100.00 for each 1 HSP
Headers, roller rockers, etc. are dubious if you don't rework the heads.
Just my HO!
:steering: [ I love that Lil Guy! ]
throttle body bypass
cut lid
k&n air cleaner, $70
air pump eliminator, $170
port plenum behind throttle body
headman long tube headers, $109
2.5 dual exhaust (no cats), $300
160* thermostat, $5
AFPR, $70
Thats all I did for 254rwhp and 354rwtq

You can only pick Two out of three.
1. Good
2. Fast
3. Cheap
If you want good and fast, it won’t be cheap
If you want fast and cheap it won’t be good
If you want good and cheap it wont be fast
If you follow the above, there’s no such thing as cheap horsepower.
