Need to replace washer/clip thing from front break assembly

I need to get that little washer/clip thing in the picture above. If I purchase it using Mid-America it will cost $15 after shipping. Would Pep-boys or a car place like that carry that or should I just bit the bullet and get it? If I purchase from a store what is the size?

I need that "E" clamp that goes onto the end of the bolt that's right above it. Is there a size I need to request?
