Default SpeedBleeders on Clutch

Anyone done this? Wondering if the 1010 or 1010S (short) is needed. I dont remember how they looked when I did my clutch...

If it matters I am wondering about the 96 ZF6 transmission... As well as the 4+3, most importantly the ZF6 though..

I ordered 6 normal and 2 shorts... Normals: 4 for the 96, 1 for ZF6 clutch, 1 for the 87 (used one on the clutch instead of brake since I got to it first). and two shorts for a Motorcycle I am getting soon...

ANyone KNow?

Good idea. I don't know the size, but I bet it would be metric. Do you have a thread gage? http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...59&prmenbr=361

I know the size of threads already. I just dont remember if its a short or long (how much thread there is before the hex).
Like I said, I already did the clutch in my 87, but cant remember if it was too long or not. I could always look when I bleed it in the morning :P (its late and I wasnt thinking ahead.. oh well)

I guess I will find out when they get here, use the ones from the motorcycle if its the right length (threading is same between them). The lady at speedbleeders (which interestingly is done from their home) seemed nice and would probably work with me on an exchange.

For my 4+3 its normal length. Seems to fit just right.
Wont be doing the ZF6 untill next weekend probably.
They wont be here untill Wednesday, and wont be able to get to it untill Saturday probably.
I will post with what I find though..
So far I have found the fronts of the 88+ should use shorts, but longs do fit. Rears of 84-87 use the long ones only.
