Flip the switches last weekend. Left window works fine with either switch. Was hoping it was only a $7 switch but appears not.

The right window motor on my '87 quit too. I took the assembly out of the door and inspected the motor. It was really corroded inside. The brushes were still good so I just cleaned everything up by soaking it in Lysol Basin, Tub and Tile Cleaner (good for removing corrosion). I oiled it and the regulator assembly, reinstalled it and it works fine.
If you don't want the hassle, check Ebay. There's a guy on there selling new window motors for most cars a lot cheaper than $250.
