P0141 ?
Got a code today.. P0141 which is:
Manufacturer DTC DTC Title
General Motors P0141 HO2S Heater Ckt. Bank 1 Sensor 2
Bank 1 is the driver side? After cat o2 sensor? I guess its time to order one, if don't find any broken or loose wires.....

I just replaced one of the O2 sensors on my 96 so I looked up the labeling convention before investigating. The answer to both of your questions is YES.
