Not difficult, you have a little trap door underneath the front bumper that will give you access. I believe the bulb is a 896, but i know the standard upgrade is the 885. If you go to WalMart theyll have a little computer pad in that aisle that has all the bulb # for the whole car inside.
All you do is squeeze and twist the bulb counterclockwise and pull it out if its similar to the early C4 replacement.
896 is the original for 95 and 885 is an upgrade for earlier c4 years tthat had 34 watt bulbs instead of 50 watt bulbs I believe that the 896 bulbs are 50 watts . but with most Vette parts those too were not in stock when i changed mine today so i used the 885 the connector is a little different but I havent had any problems .
Thanks guys. I replaced it with an 896 this weekend an it works fine now. But not until I broke the first one I bought trying to muscle it too much. Dohhh!!

Thanks again.
Now I just need to get those high beams working.
just making a comment, but maybe others can verify also...
I just came back from pepboys to get myself one replacement foglight bulb for my '94. I came away confused and didn't buy one. Here's what I came away with:
the Sylvania 896 is rated 38watts. It has a L-shaped connector. The 886, 50watts, looks to have the same connector with the pins positioned similar to the 896. The 885, OTOH, has a straight connector but is also rated 50watts.
If 896 is what came with our cars, then next time I'm going to go back and grab 2x 886 to try.
