Default Removing starter bolt

i went under the car to replace the starter last night on my '94, and the long bolt came out just fine, but the short one was on so tight, it almost broke the ratchet extension, and still wouldnt come out. any ideas?

Get yourself a breaker bar, and a good solid extension.. Mine was on real tight, so I used a 1/2" drive, rather then a 3/8", and had to unbolt the cat from the manifold to get it in there. (just did this last weekend.. :) )

I used a wobble extension to allow a good bite on the one bolt that is hidden up under. If you aren't familiar with a wobble, it is not cut with squared sides but looks 'swollen' at the attachment end. This allows it to offset at small degrees of angle. (can anyone explain this better, please? :) )
