Just found these. When I was putting together the 350 in my car now I came across something I didn't expect. When I went to put the thrust plate for my camshaft one I ran into this.
Well that just wasn't going to work! Who would of thought that those two taps could be different of all things. Well, easy enough fix....
There we go this should work.
Yup it did!
So lesson learned, the 14093638 L98 block is not identical to the 14101148 block in EVERY aspect. That was the only difference I found between them though that stuck out.
