Intermittant code 54
I got a check engine light today that went away after I turned off the engine for a few minutes. When I checked the fault code, I got a 54. It has something to do with the fuel pump. Have any of you had this on your C4?

No, but I'd suspect an intermittent ground at the relay or pump or faulty connection at the ECM or the ECM. Should be system voltage at the ECM, pin B2 red with the engine running. Below 2 volts with the engine running; you get the code until the voltage rises. Sounds like yours is cutting in & out which is symptomatic of a ground/connector problem. Check the black/white wire at the relay & the black wire at the pump.
