G.M. discontinued upper alt. bracket?why!?
can anyone please tell me how to get a hold of an upper alternator bracket or better know as the upper smog pump bracket? were do they seel them?i cant' find em anywere,g.m. doesnt make em anymore im told by our dealer(s) in town.and mine broke.i have it rigged and it will work for probobly ever,but to keep it seelable in the future i would like to have it.any places that sell it i'd be very happy to hear from someone,or if someones selling? heeeeeelp!

Mike, also available is J&D Corvette in Bellflower. I have gotten lots of stuff from them. It's basically a corvette junkyard. Make sure you say you want it used. 1 800 VETTEJD
If you ever go down there, they are on Artesia blvd. off the 605. Jaime is cool guy. Frank also.
