You need a spacer or it will sit wrong and wont look right. Get the one from Vettebrakes.com

If the 84's are the same as 86's then yes, they will fit. I suggest you go 17's all around so you won't have to buy spacers and you can rotate the tires. I went with 275/40-17 on the tire size. They say the tires are not the right size but, they look fine to me and the speedometer reads correctly.
