Three chips with increasingly rich fuel maps haven't solved a tip-in stumble on my zz4, miniram, 30 lb injectors, gutted maf 85 vette. I haven't had it scanned. Any suggestions if fuel map is not the problem?
Re: three chips and it is not wright yet (L.E. Dezman)
the tip in problem can be solved by adding more "accel enrichment", on the 6E file its called "LV8 Accel Enrich factor VS. delta LV8".
I ended up still not getting enough with that and had to adjust one of the accel. enrich factor's (there are two) can't recall which one I used. but those are multipliers so don't go too crazy if you start messing with them.
you'll be real happy with the results :D
Re: three chips and it is not wright yet (L.E. Dezman)
I have an 86 which lets me use the 89 bin file.
since you have an 85 (sorry I didn't notice this the first time) your limited to the 85's bin file unless you update to the 165 ECM (used on 86 thru 89vettes).
I'm sure there is something simular for accel enrichment for the 85.
I use diacom-p for scanning and tunercat/pocket programmer for burning chips. diacom is kinda expensive and if I were buying scanning software now, I'd look into something that runs with windows (diacom is a DOS mode scanner that has to be run without windows).
