Default egr

im going to use a EGR plockoff plate on the intakemanifold. The rest of the EGR is still as stock. Must I reprogram the computer for that??

Doing that will make your combustion chambers and heads run a little hotter. Heads hotter = increased possibility for knock, which in my opinion cancels out any benefit of removing exhaust gas form the mixture.

I blocked my EGR off over a year ago. I never noticed any difference, but I added full length headers and 2.5" dual exhaust.

My SES light will go on during light throttle cruizing on the highway, but it will go off again. You can eliminate the EGR function in the chip so you don't get any codes.
