ABS Problem, Need help asap.

ABS Problem, Need help asap.
Car is still in Virginia, after PCM failed last Friday, dealer is telling me that the right rear ABS Sensor needs replaced now, which comes as an assembly only including hub, part is $540. Looking at GM-AUTO-ARTS.COM the rear hub is $413 retail and the Speed Sensor is $45 retail and they can be ordered separate????
Is it required to replace the hub when you replace the ABS Speed sensor?
Any input will be welcome. I am 400 miles from the vette at this time.

That's a ripoff, you can get them anywhere from $150-$275 tops.
