Help with LT4 refusing to start
This is a repost from the C4 general discussion area - following the advice of a senior member. I am hoping for quicker response and help from the Fuel system experts in this forum.

I left my LT-4 in my garage for 2 months and it had stubbornly refused to start ever since. The starter is cranking strong and there are spark on the wire. The center console does not display any warning light.
I do not have any OBDII reader, but tried to short two of the pins to bring up the diagnostics code as I had read in forum. The dashboard displayed sub-system 1 and code H-71, H-72 [ Fuel too lean / Fuel too much ].
Any idea what's wrong this is car? Am I looking at a new computer management system??
I live in LA / Santa Monica area. Please let me know if you have a know of a reliable shop that knows how to fix C4-LT4.

FWIW, I had both rich and lean codes on my t-bird when I Had bad headgaskets. The O2 sensors don't like silicates from what I gather. Could just need an O2...
...BUT the O2 sensor is not used until the car has been running for a few minutes.
Fuel-Use a fuel pressure tester
SPARK-You said you had it. Was it blue or yellow?
AIR-You have any cardboard or other objects jammed in front of the filter?

Two items come to mind. A sticking/bad IAC valve or the Opti just up and quit on you. Check fuel pressure at ignition on, should be around 40psi or so.
