Hard starting=not enough fuel when starting?
I've seen some of the other recent posts before posting myself. I have new Accel 30# injectors and new AC Delco RapidFire 1 spark plugs and wires.
It takes about 4-5 seconds to start my car each time. This is when most of the wear and tear happens on your car, right? It's a new engine and I'd like to try and take care of it :blueangel: Is this typical starting time for you guys?
My fuel pump was replaced last year. When I turn the key to accessory, I hear what sounds like a pump for about 1 second.
So the question comes, what can I do about it? I do have PROM programming equipment and some experience if there is anything that can be done there, but I somehow doubt it will help to change values in there.
As always, thanks! FYI This is on an '85.
